Judy Moore is Director of Counselling and Director of the Centre for Counselling Studies at the University of East Anglia. She is particularly interested in experiencing levels and the integration of focusing within the person-centred approach. Campbell Purton is Senior Lecturer in the Centre for Counselling Studies at the University of East Anglia, where he is the director of the MA/Postgraduate Diploma course in Focusing and Experiential Psychotherapy. He completed his Ph.D in philosophy and has taught philosophy at universities in Canada and the UK, as well as many adult education classes in philosophy and counselling. His main interests are in the philosophical background of counselling, the philosophical and therapeutic ideas of Eugene Gendlin, and the relationship between therapy and spiritual practices.
